We've initiated migration following the guide from RA-GRS to ZRS (through LRS): https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/storage/common/redundancy-migration?tabs=portal#timing-and-frequency
However last step is stuck for over 5 days already in "Account migration from Locally-redundant storage (LRS) to Zone-redundant storage (ZRS) is 'Submitted for conversion'. Migration will be initiated within 72 hours."
What can we do to investigate?
An Azure service that stores unstructured data in the cloud as blobs.

Considering it has been some time while the migration is stuck, I would recommend reaching out to the support team via a support ticket with account details to review the backend logs and take it further.
