Are the Intune Graph APIs for managing Windows Information Protection Policies included as part of the Microsoft Entra ID P1 license?

According to the documentation for mdmWindowsInformationProtectionPolicy in the Intune APIs, an active Intune license is required for the tenant. We are uncertain whether the Microsoft Entra ID P1 license includes access to the Intune APIs needed to configure Windows Information Protection Policies. Please clarify if the Microsoft Entra ID P1 license covers this functionality.

    No, Entra ID P1 licenses cannot be used to manage Intune services, you must have a valid Intune license.
