I'm trying to schedule a Microsoft certification exam using a voucher provided by my company. The voucher is confirmed to be official from Microsoft. However, whenever I reach the scheduling step on the exam platform, I encounter an error message that reads: "There was an issue scheduling your exam, please try again later."

 

Additional details:

 

I've already tried:

  • Waiting and retrying at a later time.
  • Clearing my browser cache and cookies.
  • Using a different browser.

I would appreciate any troubleshooting steps or suggestions to resolve this scheduling error and successfully book my exam.
