Query an Azure Bill

I setup a free subscription for Azure to show my pupils what Azure has to offer. When that ran out I did look to extend my subscription but as I had no valid payment method assigned to my account I gave up. Since that time the subscription continued to accrue without my knowledge (perhaps I pressed the wrong button!!). When I finally reviewed the billing I was astounded to see that I have a bill in excess of £2000. I am a teacher and simply do not have that sort of money? There does not appear to be any way of discussing this in person without publicly humiliating myself on this forum? Who can I speak to?
