Hi @FRANCESCO DI CARLO ,
Do you mean you want to schedule Teams meeting between two different organizations?
In my experience, Microsoft Teams gives two different ways to make that happen. The first is external access, the second is the guest access. You can use both external access and guest access if you want. For more details about these two accesses, you can learn it from:

Hi @FRANCESCO DI CARLO ,
Any update?
I'm sorry @JimmyYang-MSFT . I've seen the two choices that you said, external access and guest access, but probably there is an upstream problem. That is, I'm trying to call (in an individual call) a person who have an institutional account which is a closed circuit. Therefore, I can't find it in the search bar, in fact it appears a notice which enunciates that our accounts are incompatible. So I can't find it to try an external access or guest access neither. Probably there's nothing to do. Thanks a lot to have tried to help me.
