Hi Aymanayoub,

By default, Shared experiences feature is turned on in Windows 10, and your device is set to share or receive from your own devices only, but you can disable it or change the settings. I would suggest that you remove the account by going to Settings > Accounts > Email & App accounts.

You can also disable or change the Shared experiences settings by going to Settings > Systems > Shared experiences.

Should you need further assistance, don't hesitate to get back to us.

    Hello Lori,

To isolate the issue, kindly provide us the following details:

    • Have you made any changes on your computer prior to the issue?
    • Have you made any specific changes on your account?

In the meantime, you may try to follow these steps:

From your desktop, tap or click on the Start/Windows button > Settings > Accounts > Email & App accounts, and remove the account you don't want.

After doing the said steps, try again to reboot your computer and check if issue persists.

Let us know how it goes.

Hi I've had the same issue for a while. I have shared experiences disabled, but this pop up opens every time I reboot my computer. Today was the first time it asked me to connect to the account of another user on this pc. I don't want to use this feature. I know I can keep ignoring the notification, but that in itself is misleading as it says there's a problem with my account and most likely my password has changed. That requires checking it out every time.
