I have recently bought a new teams room device from Yealink, everything is connected fine and working well.

But i have an issue with my teams room account,i have created an account with Microsoft teams room pro license, but i am unable to sign-in with the account,i got an error saying 'Couldn't sign in to Microsoft teams',at first i thought its a device problem but when i i tried to sign in with another working account on the same device,i managed to sign in.Sometimes i get an error saying the device isn't connected to the internet, while internet is working fine and there is no problem about it.I created again another account 4 times and non of them have been able to login even when i tried to log in to another teams room device with the failed teams room account its not working and i am getting the same error,i looked to my firewall thing maybe there is something is being stopped but there is nothing. What possible problem could be and the solution for this?,i have attached images for referenceshared image (1).jpeg.

Hi @Benjamin Mlaki It sounds like you're experiencing some challenges with account-specific issues rather than device or network problems. Here are some steps you might want to consider to troubleshoot the issue:

    Verify Account Configuration

    1. License: Confirm that the newly created account has the correct Microsoft Teams Room Pro license assigned.
    2. Activation: Ensure that the license has been correctly activated and that it is reflected in the Microsoft 365 admin portal.

    Network and Firewall Configuration

    1. Firewall and Proxy Settings: Double-check if any specific ports required for Microsoft Teams Rooms are being blocked or filtered. Microsoft Teams Rooms generally require the following ports to be open:
    • TCP: 80, 443
    • UDP: 3478-3481
    1. DNS Settings: Ensure that your DNS settings are properly configured to resolve Microsoft's servers.
