Deleted my Entra ID Default Tenant from another user account

As the title says, I basically deleted my only Tenant for my main Microsoft Account from a Global Administrator external account.

Now and panels have become all messed up and show me the same error message:Entra ID support window

I have tried to create a new Tenant but the button is disabled.

I have tried to open a support request but I am not able to even make a support request because I am not the owner of any Tenant so...

I feel like I am on a sort of "soft-locked" status?

    Thank you for posting this in Microsoft Q&A.

    In this situation you have couple of options.

    You can login with Global administrator external credentials and create new account in your tenant with Global admin role assigned.

    If you are the only global admin on the account and are blocked entirely, you can reach out to our support team. You can look into below article to get support numbers depending on your country.

    or creating a ticket through a different account:

    Create a ticket with Microsoft support team. Give them the tenant ID which is locked out in your description. Tell them that no admin account has access anymore and your partners also have no access anymore.

    Once you create a ticket with support team you will have to work with our data protection team. You will have to first prove your identity against your tenant for security purpose. Post that this team will help you with help you in getting access to your tenant or unlock your account depending on your scenario.


    Also, for the future, you can create an emergency access account (break glass) in Azure AD. This account will help prevent being accidentally locked out of your Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) organization because you can't sign in for any reason.

    And about the option to create new tenant is greyed out because earlier, we were allowing the establishment of additional free Microsoft Entra trial tenants using an existing free Microsoft Entra trial tenant.

    However, our security team recently identified this practice for fraudulent and abusive activities.

    In order to enhance your organization's security, Microsoft is now limiting this functionality to only paid customers. Customers on trial subscriptions will not be able to create additional tenants from the Microsoft Entra admin center. Customers in this situation who need a new trial tenant can sign up for a Free Azure Account.   

    Our product team is currently in the process of implementing additional modifications, and we will make the public document available once these changes are in effect.
