I have one account in my Azure Portal, however my Teams Business Exchange account always shows up instead of my actual account after logging in. When I try to create a resource I get a permissions error. Then when I try to create a support request I get a permissions error. The portal is changing my account after I login thus making the portal useless.

    Hello Michael Janulaitis,

Thank you for posting your query in the Microsoft Q&A Community.

First thing to check is if you are authenticating into the right tenant. Try accessing the portal via an Incognito or Inprivate browser. If your account is a dual account, switch to the account where you have the permission to create a resource which should be your work account.

If you are able to access the portal with the right account via Inprivate, clear your browser cache and try authenticating again.

If you are sure that you are logged in with the right account, check with the Owner of the subscription to see if you have been assigned the necessary permission.

Let me know if further assistance is needed.

    Babafemi
