I would like to update my name given for MS 700 assesment

Hello Team,

My assessment for MS 700 is scheduled on Friday 12th July at 6PM.

While scheduling the exam it asked me to fill my first name and last name.

I do not have last name in any of my government ID proof I have only my First name as Deeksha.

Form dint let me to proceed without adding Last name, so I added my last name as "G"

Kindly, remove my last name from the form and keep only my first name so that it will match my government ID proof which I need to show before the exam.
