Using powershell, how can I set in a data factory a shared integration runtime which exists in a different subscription?

Hi team,

I'm looking to configure a shared integration runtime in a ADF which resides in a different subscription were the IR exists. I reviewed https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/data-factory/create-shared-self-hosted-integration-runtime-powershell#create-a-shared-self-hosted-ir-using-azure-powershell, but this document applies only when the IR and ADFs are located in the same subscription. the problem that I have in powershell is that it is required to set a context and therefore were set you are not able to find resources of outside of the current context, in this case the ADF.

I have done this before without issue using the portal, but now I would like to automate this via Azure DevOps. Any Ideas of how can I complete this task?
