Cannot connect to VPN after connecting devices to Entra ID

We have a VPN that is setup on a Mikrotik router that has been working without issue.

When I try to connect a device that is not connected to Entra ID it works fine.

As soon as the device is connected to the Entra it refuses to make the connection.

I have check the policies and even turned off the security defaults.

    Unfortunately nothing is appearing in the logs on the Entra ID Portal.

    Below is the error I am getting when trying to connect to the VPN.

    Also not that no errors are appearing on the VPN logs either.

    It is as though the device is just not sending out the request.

    I have also disabled anti-virus and firewall to test.

    Same issue.
