How can I recover my Zip Folder from Teams Chat?

On my last working day at office I have shared a zip folder of my personal docs on microsoft teams, I have downloaded that folder on my mobile phone, next day I am unable to see the zip folder on my mobile, I have important documents in that, please let me know how to recover. I have also informed IT Support but didn't worked. Please help.

    Dear Arown333, Good day!******I have shared a zip folder of my personal docs on Microsoft teams, I have downloaded that folder on my mobile phone,******If you uploaded the file to the Teams chat box, I want to make sure you can still see the file in the Teams chat box? If you can see the file, could you download it again?****If you don't see your files in the chat box, you can try accessing OneDrive, and the files shared in the Teams chat box will be uploaded to your OneDrive, and you can see them in the Share tab. Please try to visit the Office portal, log in to your account and click OneDrive.****If you still can't find your files, If you download a different file in Teams, can you see the download path, and if so, can you please check this path below.Sincerely,Tin | Microsoft Community Moderator
