Recommendation for frequency on Service accounts password change + sharepoint 2013

Dear Team,
I just wish to know that how frequently should we change service accounts password for Sharepoint 2013
Is there any recommendation from Microsoft about it?
What are the accounts which should we not touch often

depends how many users have access to it. By default it is good to change it at least once per year. But if you share it with external service providers - it may be good idea to change it after they will finish their work and contract will be finished. Also if many users have access to it you may change it more frequently e.g. once at 6 month.
