Unable to Sign In to Microsoft Authenticator App

I am having trouble signing in to the Microsoft Authenticator app. When I attempt to sign in, the app asks me to authenticate using the app again. Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

    Thanks for your question.

    Try this:

    1. Log in to office.microsoft.com.
    2. Click on your avatar at the top right of the window and select "View Account."
    3. From the menu on the left, select "Security Info."
    4. From there, you can manage your authentication methods, including deleting and recreating any broken methods.
