I cant open ANYTHING after system configuration

I was trying to fix issues with my FileExplorer because it would either take a very long time to open files/folders or delete/move files. I watched a youtube tutorial and nothing worked. I got told to disable all on system config apart from microsoft apps and now after restarting the pc no apps seem to open including things like settings or taskmanager. The only way to turn off the pc is with either the button on top of the case or at the back. I cant find anyone with the same issue because the first thing they all say is to open settings which i cannot do. I have a fairly good pc and can run most games on High but i cant run file explorer.

I have 80gb DDR5 RAM, Ryzen7 7800X3D, MSI NVIDIA RTX 3060, AMD X670, 3TB SSD.

I’m on windows 11 but have not activated it. Also it no longer has the windows 11 activation watermark for some reason. It’s probably something obvious or maybe not but help is much appreciated.

    Hello,

Please share the actions you've taken on this PC. It's unclear whether you're using kiosk mode, which limits app usage and access. If it's for personal use, the device should activate upon purchase (OEM license). You may reimage your PC several times before it becomes inactive. For more details, consult your supplier.
