Assigned MS Entra ID External Tenant resource owner cannot see this resource under managed tenant view

I am an assigned owner to a MS Entra ID External Tenant with tenant creation role. I can see this resource under default directory but cannot access and cannot manage this tenant.

Hello Connie Chang,

Thanks for your question.

Are you the admin who created the tenant? If you're the admin who created the external tenant, and you use the same email address as your admin account to create a local customer account in that same tenant, you can't sign in directly to the tenant with admin privileges.
