I'm unable to schedule my exam through Microsoft Learn

Hi,

I'm trying to schedule an exam through Microsoft Learn, but I keep getting an error message.

The path I followed:

  1. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/data-analyst-associate/?practice-assessment-type=certification
  2. Clicked on 'Schedule exam'

Then it's checking my account and gives me the following error:

"The Certification Profile is moving to the Learn Profile. As a result, we have paused the creation of new Certification Profiles. Please create a Learn Profile by going to https://learn.microsoft.com"

I've tried everything: restart computer/browser, Incognito, clear cache/cookies, connected all accounts, re-login and followed all troubleshooting.

FYI: I'm logged in with my personal Microsoft Account. I haven't scheduled an exam before.

Does anyone know why I'm unable to schedule my exam? I'm thinking the error message might imply that it is unavailable for everyone at the moment.
