Have you seen any export error or Permissions & Inheritance and connect status error which has shown in the below image.
Also, could you please confirm below.
Have you made any Custome synchronization rules?
Check the synchronization logs for any errors or warnings.
Check that the User Principal Name (UPN) suffix is verified with your Microsoft Entra tenant If the UPN suffix is not verified, it can cause synchronization issues.
