We are using WNS to send push notifications to our customer's desktop applications.

Currently, when we make a request to https://dm3p.notify.windows.com, a 500 error is returned.

We would like to determine whether this is a problem with our system or with the health of the service. Is there a page where we can check the health of the WNS service?
