- Select "Security and Maintenance", click the "Maintenance" drop-down, and click "View Reliability History"
- Double-click the key event related to the file explorer to view the detailed information of the problem. From the details, you may know the faulty module that caused the problem, and then search the module file through the file explorer to locate the directory of the module file. If the file is not important, it is recommended to delete it.
