Unable to find my Certificate on my MS Learn page

I completed a certification and the confirmation e-mail came to the same e-mail address I used to register for Microsoft Learn.

Please assist with me with access to my Cert.

Hi Christopher Neely,

Please go to your MS Learn profile and click the "Credentials" tab and make sure to select "View all certifications" option. Now, you'll be able to see all the certifications that you have cleared. Look for the certification for which you're trying to download the certificate and select the "View certification details" option present immediately below that certification. This will open up your certification that you can share, print etc.

Please do not forget to "Accept the answer” and “up-vote” wherever the information provided helps you, this can be beneficial to other community members.

Hi,

I'm navigating to the correct area. This issue is, my certificate is not appearing there. I do however have the Certification ID that I received in the confirmation e-mail if that would help you get it added for me.
