How to associate and run automated tests from Azure Test Plans using a YAML pipeline?

I'm migrating my existing Jira Xray tests to Azure Test Plans and I want to know how to:

1. Bulk-import the existing Xray tests from Excel or CSV
2. Associate and run automated tests from Azure Test Plans using an existing YAML pipeline.
