Is it possible to have two inputs as username and password in login page?

Is is possible to have country code and phone number as 2 inputs and combine them as username and use password on local login page?

We are using B2c custom policy.

    sure you you are using custom login, but not if using azure ad. you can only band the azure UI, not change.
