locked out of email loop

so, i dont know if anything can be done here but i have at some point initialised two step verification and then proceeded to lock myself out of a .live email account through wrong password (multiple wrong attempts so im blocked now) but i cant recover through phone or alternate email because i have to use the authenticator app which i wasnt set up in for that address and so now im out. kinda stuck without keys. any locksmiths know the way back in please?
