I can't find my exam in my MS Learn Acoount

Hello Team,

I have registered for AZ900 exams and also got the confirmation on my email. But when I login to my microsoft learn account , i dont see any information that I am registered to this exam. I wanted to know how can i reschedule the exam in case i need to do that. Can someone please help with this.
