Reboot few times for different system test error at Pearson and caused me unable to reschedule the exam

Question

I've been trying to login before half an hour and do the system test, it went well until the last system test showing invalid Pearson VUE Browser Lock startup option(s). Reboot several times and they can't detect my camera, and then i restart again. It also prompted me to reschedule my exam and when I clicked on it, it shows "Hmm... something's wrong". So am I not able to sit for the exam and the fee will be forfeited? Please advise. Thank you.
