What is best and smooth way to migrate a new domain in Microosft and Azure services?

I'm going to add a new domain address to my company tenant. I'm looking for the best and smoothest way to add a new domain to my tenant and then migrate all my services to the domain.

We are using Azure and Microsoft Office 365.
I know I can add a new domain to Entra ID. But I need a way to transfer all services to the new domain.
For example, I have an account ******@company.com with access to Azure and Office 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Email, etc.). Now, I want to add a new domain account ******@newcompany.com and have access to all services and documents with minimum change and effort.

Can Microsoft do this migration in the backend?
Or what is the best way?
