How do I migrate from zoho mail to Office 365

Hello 

 

Please i need your help on this issue. 

 

I need assistance on how to migrate from Zoho Mail to Office 365 / Outlook

    Hi Iniobong,

    It is best to have them connect their e-mail to Outlook (desktop) version and export the PST mailboxes from there.

    Then when you migrate, you import the mailboxes in to their new mail using Outlook.

    I would ask how many users you migrate, as if a small number it can be easier to just configure the tenant and add an email account inside each computer to have the new emails, and the copy the old email after hand.
