How to be eligible for azure free services

I signed up for azure free services but after signing in it said I'm not eligible, what can I do to resolve this issue?

    Hi @ayools faisol ,

    maybe this link is helpful for you: You see the message 'You are not eligible for an Azure subscription'

    Often the reason is the account details (name, credit card, ...) was used for an Azure free trial before.
