Laptop shows available connectios but can not connect to them
Hi,
So for some time now my laptop has been experiencing issues with connecting to the wireless networks that it shows. We have tried everything: We used the command prompts that we've seen helped others, we reinstalled the wireless drivers. Nothing seems to help. We know that it is an issue on the laptop's end, as when we attempt to connect to a different network at a different location it still shows no improvement. We have also tried resetting the laptop to factory settings (we chose to keep our files, instead of a complete wipe).
Please help.

Here are some steps you can try in Command Prompt (cmd):
- Find your profile name: netsh wlan show profiles
- Connect to your wireless network: netsh wlan connect name=<wireless name>
If these steps don't work, you might want to check your hardware for any issues, look for signal interference, or verify your network's certification and settings.
