My problem started on July 13/2024. It appears just when I add my school account for the benefits of the student that signed up for Microsoft 365. Everything was going smoothly until I went back to my personal account. (The standard subscription-feature of 365, but with the family sub which let you invite and have at most five people with benefits, and I person which the subscription was lend) My change account and go to access the Outlook.

Refresh the application

I try to refresh it, but it never works

The url was (https://outlook.office.com/)

But something interesting is that it works for the https://outlook.live.com/

The problem of to do

Then I go to the dashboard again, just to find out that is don't work

Your account doesn't work with To Do

Your account isn't on Exchange Online, so Microsoft To Do doesn't support it. Contact your IT admin for more info.

I think that to do was confusing with my school account.

As well when I signed in and picked an account to ask the question in this forum, the first option was my school account, which made me believe more that is confusing with my school account.

I go to the other thread, but it never lets me reply due to it being blocked. And I didn't notice any current info from Microsoft, so I decided to make this publication.

Thank you very much for your understanding, and I hope this issue gets fixed quickly.

(Note: I ask this question originally in the Microsoft Community General. And they send me here)

    Hi @muertaco99 ,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing these issues. It seems like there might be some confusion between your school account and your personal account on Microsoft 365. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot:

Clear your browser cache and cookies: Sometimes, old or corrupted data can cause issues with account switching. Clearing your browser cache and cookies can often resolve these issues.

Sign out of all accounts: Try signing out of all Microsoft accounts, then sign back into your personal account. Make sure to close and reopen your browser after signing out.

Thanks @Faery Fu-MSFT for the help

You steps really work, and both Outlook and To-do are working normally as it should.

(Anybody who need the steps, just go to comments and look for first one from @Faery Fu-MSFT )
