My problem started on July 13/2024. It appears just when I add my school account for the benefits of the student that signed up for Microsoft 365. Everything was going smoothly until I went back to my personal account. (The standard subscription-feature of 365, but with the family sub which let you invite and have at most five people with benefits, and I person which the subscription was lend) My change account and go to access the Outlook.

Refresh the application

I try to refresh it, but it never works

The url was (https://outlook.office.com/)

But something interesting is that it works for the https://outlook.live.com/

The problem of to do

Then I go to the dashboard again, just to find out that is don't work

Your account doesn't work with To Do

Your account isn't on Exchange Online, so Microsoft To Do doesn't support it. Contact your IT admin for more info.

I think that To do was confusing with my school account.

(Note: A curious thing is when I choose an account, the school account is on the top)

Thank you very much for your understanding, and I hope this issue gets fixed quickly.

    Hi,@muertaco99

Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your description, it looks like there is a conflict between school accounts and personal accounts.

Need to confirm a couple questions with you:

    1. Are you accessing To-Do via OWA?
    2. Did it work before?

    Here are my suggestions:

    1. Please make sure you have completely logged out of one account before logging into another account.
    2. You can log in directly to To-Do's website: https://to-do.office.com
    3. Clear your browser's cache and cookies or use a private web page and try again.

If my answer is helpful to you, please mark it as the answer so that other users can refer to it. Thank you for your support and understanding.
