Please be informed that you need a work or school account created from your Azure or M365 environment to access the Admin Portal as personal or guest accounts are prohibited.

To resolve this, create a new user, assign admin permission to this user, and sign in with this user.

I have now create a new user, but I still cannot log in. I cannot find the order for the Teams subscription for either of my emails adresses. But every month a withdrawl for Teams is taken from my acount. From the order confirmation email from October 23, 2023 the order id is: 4e795b34-f17f-4299-d477-4ca3ce5db2a5

Please advise how to end this.

Hello Cecilie Woller,

Assign a role to the user for example a Global Administrator and use this user to access the link admin.microsoft.com.

On the page, Click on billing, Your products, then click on the License you want to cancel

On the page, click on delete Subscription.

This does not work for me. I am not allowed to login with the new user email either. How do I cancel my Microsoft Teams Essentials ordered on my gmail. I have an order confirmation from Microsoft sent to that gmail. Just cancel my subscription. It can be legal not to allow me to cancel a subscription?
