I can't sign up for a student Azure free trial, sign up button not clickable

I've signed in with my school account, I've clicked to sign up for a free Azure student trial. I fill out the form, including all non-optional fields and clicked all check boxes. As I try to click the "Sign-up" button, the cursor changes to a red crossed circle and I cannot click the button.
I am not recieving any error messages or reason that it is not clickable.
