How to cancel the PL-300 exam - no "Certifications" field shown

I want to cancel my exam - PL-300.
In my Certification Dashboard, I do no see the Certifications menu.
How can I cancel my upcoming appointment?

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.
