I accidentally deleted my backup

I logged into my Microsoft account and when I left setting I activated the backup and it deleted the previous one I had. How can I recover that deleted copy that had multiple linked accounts?

    Regarding the backup, what backup solution did you use? Azure backup, Veeam backup or other?
