Hello,

I am having my AZ900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals exam on my personal account. I already gave one exam and unfortunately failed. I scheduled the exam again and got the mail for that too.

But, i am not sure why, on the microsoft portal, i tried to reschedule the exam and got the page saying no exam scheduled.

I talked with pearson VUE and they told me that I am having a duplicate account. I asked them to remove that duplicate account as i am not able to see any exam details. They told me to ask microsoft support for this. I contacted microsoft team, they asked to me tell this to microsoft business team. Then I asked the Business team, and they told me that they don't support this.

**What should i dooo???

I am not getting any exam schedule details on the site only, yet I am getting mail for reminder for my exam.

Kindly assist team. Please.

    Hi @SHREYANSH RAWAT ,

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.

Maybe one of the links is helpful:

Microsoft Training & Certification is supported on their own forums:

    Microsoft Training Support Forum

    Microsoft Certification - Exam Registration/Scheduling

    Microsoft Certification - Profile/MCID Assistance

It's possible to ask questions by clicking on "Get Started" -> "Ask a Question"

or "Ask a new question >" and Learn/Cert Moderators will help you.

    Pearson VUE Support:

    Pearson VUE - Customer Service

    Pearson VUE - Chat
