Authenticator re-loaded and lost backup of my original tag. Please fix.

When I have an authenticator ping, it shows that from the computer, it sends a notification over.
However, the auth on my app does not load the notification, and the entry with the changing code every minute does not appear either.
Wondering if we can get some eyes on this to fix -- can't change security info on profile bc we need auth to do so.
