Error Recovering Autheticator Account?

I can't access the authenticator after I have formatted my iPhone. I can't access my social media anymore. The app doesn't support phone number or email retrieval. He said that ''We're not ready for you yet; Your account can't complete the request.''.

    Depending on the accounts in your MFA the way to resolve this is to request for Product Support to reset MFA for the affected users. If it is an account in Entra, you can contact your IT admin
