Hi Maria,
Several questions help to better understand your issue:
1.What are the cables that are used for your printer? Network cable or USB cable used to connect computer and printer?
You could also confirm with the professional, which kind of cable referred to. Any special requirements needed?
2.When you failed to print, is there any error message showed in your laptop or the screen of printer?
3.Please open the device manager in the search box of windows and navigate to printer, check the driver update of the printer you used.
4.Navigate to Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers, right click the printer and choose
Hope this helps and please help to accept as Answer if the response is useful.
Thanks,
Jenny
