Referral Program

Question

We do not handle IT infrastructures at my current organization-- however, as we migrate clients from one version of our product to another, they have been inquiring about moving to Microsoft as well.

We do not want to implement this type of work but we would like to refer them (ideally receiving an incentive for the referral). Does anyone know if this is still being done and if so, would we have to go through the Partner Center etc?
