Lost access to Two-Factor Authentication as the only admin of an Microsoft 365 business account
Hello
I have lost the 2FA device for the admin account of a Microsoft 365 business domain. The support phone robot is incapable of understanding me and will not transfer me to an actual person. Any other support channels require me to log in, which is impossible due to having lost the 2FA. Only the 2FA was set up for log in verification, no phone numbers, emails or anything else.
I was told to ask my question here when I asked it first in the forum "Microsoft 365 and Office / Subscription, account, billing / For business / Accounts, groups management, and sign in"
What can I do to resolve this situation?
