How to manage alert notifications for your Azure Virtual Machines (VMs) during maintenance windows. I want to suppress alerts for VMs under maintenance without affecting the alerting for other operational resources?

    Hi,

    I would suggest using Alert processing rules. Note this will suppress the action group but still generate alert instance in Azure Monitor but usually most folks wants to stop creation of ticket in ITSM, other system or e-mail. Alert processing rules provided a lot of options to filter based on different data from the alert.
