exam not getting scheduled

I have been trying to apply for the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals exam. After scheduling the time and entering my billing credentials, I get redirected to another page called "Microsoft Credentials." However, the exam scheduling process does not get completed. Can you help resolve this issue?
