I cannot log in my powerbi account cos the authenticator app needs the code from the app itself!!!

I cannot log into my PowerBI account, and I am the only admin.

I changed my phone two months ago and transferred everything to my new phone, but the authenticator app was reset. When I try to log into my PowerBI account and add my onmicrosoft.com email to the authenticator app on my new phone, it requires a code from the authenticator app itself.

I’ve tried contacting the support team, but all I get is an AI representative, even on phone calls!

I badly need an expert help on this.
