    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

You may be experiencing this problem because you need to activate the Windows Pro license on your device first. Microsoft E3/E5 licenses are subscriptions that upgrade activated Windows Pro to Windows 11 Enterprise.

Please make sure that the Windows Pro license has been activated on your device. To do this, go to "Settings" - "System" - "Activation" to do this. If it is not activated, you need to enter the Windows Professional product key and follow the prompts to activate.

Please refer to the official Microsoft link: Deploy Windows Enterprise licenses - Windows Deployment | Microsoft Learn

I hope the information above is helpful.

    Best Regards,

    Hi Vipin,

Is het Windows Pro license already activated on the devices? The M365 is a scubscription that upgrades an already activated Pro to Enterprise.
