Can't view certificate and Microsoft Account says I still need to conduct exam

I just had my exam on PearonVue of SC-300 which I passed. I can't see my certificate on my Microsoft Profile (I tried everything). Maybe it is pending due to the BSOD?

it might last 24 to 48 hours until the certificate is available.

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.
