Unable to reschedule to AZ-900 exam ?

After joined the Onvue call, proctor was unable to confirm my identity with my Aadhar card. she requested to show another identity proof but I was unable to provide one at that time, she suggested rescheduling and left the Onvue call.

Kindly help me to reschedule
