I am stuck on a "help us secure your account loop"

Question

I woke up and saw that my microsoft account could not be logged in as it said that my credentials were at risk. I cannot log into any device, not on my pc, my phone or my xbox. I did some research and found out that there was potential malware in my system that I completely wiped out from my system but now i cannot log in. It keeps saying that the info provided is not enough. I filled each and every box with all details. Please help, this is my main account and i have been using it for about 5 years now.
